Yacaaba Partner Builder Engaged

For the fourth consecutive time, Coho Property is thrilled to partner once again with Drew Construction Group as the builders for the Yacaaba project, following the successful completion of the Talmora and Silverpoint Nelson Bay developments.

Yacaaba represents the largest undertaking to date for both Coho Property and Drew Construction Group in Port Stephens with architecture and interior design in collaboration with the award-winning Newcastle-based team at Mark Lawler Architects.

Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-January, with an estimated completion timeframe of 21 months.
