March 2025 Construction Update

The Drew Construction Group team reached significant milestones during the first quarter of 2025 onsite at Yacaaba.

Excavation around two footings was completed to allow for the blinding layer pours.

All stair and lift core reinforcement was tied, formwork completed, and concrete poured.

Completion of FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement and Pour) for 10 footings today with 71m³ of concrete being poured and finished this morning.

Updates as of Friday, 28 March 2025: A total of 140m³ of concrete has been poured, and over 20 tonnes of reinforcing steel (reo) have been utilised to strengthen the concrete structures throughout March.

We are pleased to share that the construction progress aligns with our current program.

Now that the pile testing is confirmed, the construction team can establish precise timelines for key tasks, including hydraulic tanks, ground slab, and verticals, in preparation for the upcoming months.
